Money-Saving Tip

Things are falling apart here faster than I can keep up with them! Not only am I upside down in my mortgage, but the house is falling down around me on top of things! Yet, I'm forever hopeful.
I look back and remember the days when I could pay a bill as soon as it arrived at the house. Now, I have to have a schedule and a priority list. But, I am convinced that there is some mathematical equation that will help bring this all together despite my living paycheck to paycheck.
Speaking of week to week, I came a cross a recent money-saving tip that said you should only buy enough food for seven days, to prevent you from wasting money on food you don't use. Most people end up throwing away a lot of the food they buy, probably half the food they buy, because they forget about it or goes bad before they get to use it. In fact, I think there is a commercial out that supports this theory also.  I've been sort of putting this into practice even  before I heard about this tip and I can agree that I am spending less by doing this, so, 'I approve of this tip!'
