I remember in the 90's I'd be preparing for work and watching the news. They'd have segment on featuring 'Mr. Food.' This man had an uncanny resemblance to an older coworker of mine back then. Anyhow, every time he came on the news he'd demonstrate some dish that looked so good and was always simple to make. He'd end his segment with , 'Oooh, its SO GOOD!' Then they would say if you'd like the recipe send a SASE to Mr. Food at (whatever TV station it was). I sent away for many a recipe back then.
Then last year, at a book sale, I came across several Mr. Food cookbooks, which I quickly grabbed for purchasing. I had no idea Mr. Food had ever made a cookbook! Then, to my surprise, I found that Mr. Food also has a website! The website is nothing fancy to look at, but its well organized and has lots of areas to explore including Free Ebooks you can download with newer ones being added regularly. Also, you can join and get free newsletters as well as a place to save your favorite recipes and shop! I could literally stay on Mr. Food's website all day! Yum! "OOH IT'S SO GOOD!!"
